1. Team Contact to fill in Team Entry Form and email to entries@tmg.org.nz
2. Min 5 and max 10 players per team.
3. Organisers reserve the right to re-grade teams and to merge grades if numbers insufficient.
4. Referees will be supplied.
5. Players may be added to the team at a later date by forwarding the players registration form with signature and fee |
